This is a usual day at your Self Discovery Lab retreat:

  • awake at your beachside accommodation and stroll across the road to begin your day with a yoga experience on the beach

  • calmly return for breakfast together as friendships are made

  • we then peel away the layers of 21st century living in our self-discovery sessions - what most participants describe as ‘coming home’

  • free time to discover the island with your tribe or on your own, or simply relax with the best that Kissamos has to offer

  • in the evening we celebrate the flavours of Greece at different local tavernas enjoying the food that Greece is well known for (including a night of plate breaking Greek dancing).

  • BONUS OFFER: one of your days is dedicated to a sailing trip to Balos beach to experience the beautiful waters that Crete has to offer without the crowds.

Our retreat incorporates the very best that research has to offer to make the change to explore your best version of self. The retreat follows a proven method of learning to provide an all-encompassing experience. It is delivered on three distinct levels designed to understand, embody and remind.

Understand - each day we examine theories and concepts to create an understanding of why we think and feel the way we do, and to establish a pathway to a more connected self.

Embody - we then embed that learning by applying movement, meditation and discussion to experience a deeper sense of what it would feel like to live more intuitively.

Remind - it’s a strange phenomenon that we often forget our breakthroughs and insights. We reinforce our learning in two ways: a workbook with documented worksheets, and an ongoing social connection to offer a global support network to remind each of us of our time together.
