Despina has over 25 years clinical experience in naturopathic and nutritional medicine, with a research focus in treating stress and anxiety disorders. She has helped patients implement positive lifestyle habits into their life and maintain a healthy relationship with stress. Despina is currently a university lecturer in the Health Sc faculty, runs a clinical practice, and a retreat facilitator.
