We all feel it … days turn into weeks, turn into years. This retreat is asking you to pause, breathe and return back to ‘self’. It reminds you of the aliveness that is buried inside and the connections that are long overdue. Through gentle movement, reflective practices, and moments of stillness, combined with some music, dance and fun, you’ll begin to unravel the layers of the outside world — the roles, expectations, and routines that often pull us away from who we truly are. This is a journey of softening, of letting go, and of finding joy in authenticity once more.
Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Mountains, 90 minutes from Sydney, this retreat offers a holistic approach to embracing the inevitable change and feeling more rejuvenated and empowered.
This is a small group retreat (approximately 10 participants).

This property was established in 1925 and is set on an acre of country style gardens. It accommodates for 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, and includes a separate yoga barn. Located in the Hawkesbury district at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, 70kms northwest of Sydney.

All meals are provided: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome
4pm arrival at the property and settle in. Time is allocated to meet as a group and get to know each other through a fun ‘ice-breaker’.
Dinner is served.
Philosophy Circle: After dinner we hold our ‘talked about’ philosophy circle - discussions around meaningful life topics.
Day 2 - Connection
Session 1: Start the morning with a vibrant meditation designed to allow you to open heart and feel alive.
Breakfast is served.
Session 2: Wellness workshop based on unpacking the relationship between the heart, gut and brain.
Free time followed by lunch.

Dinner is served
Day 3 - Sense of Self
Session 1: Start the morning with a meditation designed to ground you and return to a sense of self.
Breakfast is served.
Session 2: The power of movement and sound is explored to enhance a sense of aliveness.
Free time followed by lunch
Session 3: Afternoon secret workshop - will certainly make you feel alive.
Dinner is served
Session 4: Journalling and Fire ceremony.
Day 4 - The beginning
Session 1: Start the morning with an uplifting meditation designed to embody the learnings of the retreat.
Breakfast is served.
